Breakfast

We had planned our Easter weekend in bed and breakfast. We had chosen the Charterhouse in Yonne. We have not been disappointed. a warm welcome, simple in the good mood .the place is quiet, the ideal setting for a total rest and in silence .........

You can serve as an apero cut in cubes or cut in Trinché beak a green salad. We can also replace the grapes with walnuts - 200 g of flour - 1 packet of yeast - 200 g of cream - 3 eggs - 150 g of Roquefort - 70 g of grapes ......

I give you the recipe as I had it, but I had to make some changes including quantities ... for us it's not for 6 but for 2 or 3 ...... I've had So double the proportions, then for the whipped cream I had to go up ......
